Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from Jon’s Flags are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed carrier delivery.
