Used in rope style internal halyard flagpoles. The mounted version is secured onto a 1 1/2inch x 3 3/8inch aluminum block with 2 stainless steel pan head screws.  By Eder Flag Manufacturing.

Both versions are supplied with 2 stainless steel mounting screws.

Recommended maximum rope diameter is 5/16inch.
